About Ken
International speaker, author and executive coach Ken Golde has shared his creativity as an artist, businessman and leader to audiences across North America, from Alaska and Hawaii to Florida and the Carolinas, Los Angeles to Philadelphia, Vancouver to Toronto and Texas to Minnesota, in a wide range of industries, helping entrepreneurs and executives to discover the best leader in themselves, not just for their own success, but so that they can empower those whom they lead.
Ken’s background in leadership training goes back nearly 30 years, during which he graduated “Sempei” from the Ojai Institute for Embodied Wisdom’s “Art of Leadership Mastery” program.
And Ken doesn’t just teach what he knows, he practices it, as a Hollywood filmmaker. He has directed Oscar nominated actress Barbara Hershey (“Black Swan”) and Golden Globe Winner Ron Perlman (“Sons of Anarchy”) in the Dove Award winning “Uncross the Stars,” and written the screenplay adaptation of Isaac Asimov's Sci-Fi classic novel "The End of Eternity" for Fox Studios, the WWII drama “Walking with the Enemy” starring Oscar winner Ben Kingsley (with his script being accepted into the Core Collection at the Motion Picture Academy Library) and a new envisioning of the H.G. Wells’ classic “The War of the Worlds” for Universal Pictures, starring Ice Cube, which became the #1 Movie Worldwide on Amazon Prime Video in July 2025.
